We are particularly committed to the confidentiality of your personal data and therefore operate strictly within the limits set by law. Personal data is collected on a voluntary basis wherever possible. We only pass this information on to third parties with your express consent. We always ensure a high level of security by using SSL encryption.
1.Information, deletion, locking
You will receive free information about the personal data we have stored about you at any time, as well as on the origin, recipient and the purpose of data collection and processing. You also have the right to ask for your data to be corrected, locked or deleted. This excludes data that is stored due to legal regulations or is required for the proper conduct of business. To be able to lock data at any time, it is always stored in a lock file for control purposes. We delete data that does not fall under any statutory archiving obligation if requested by you. If an archiving obligation applies, we will lock your data. For all questions and concerns regarding the correction, locking or deletion of personal data, please contact our data protection officer or the data protection coordinator as stated in the contact details of this data protection statement or the address given in the imprint.
2. Server log files
Server log files are anonymized data that are collected when you access our website. We record the date and time of your visit to the website, the amount of data, the browser and its version used to access the website, the operating system in use and your IP address in an anonymous form, i.e. the IP address is saved incomplete so that it cannot be used for identification purposes.

4. SSL encryption
Our website uses SSL encryption whenever confidential or personal information of our users is transmitted. For example, this encryption is activated when processing payments and for requests that you make to us through our website. Please make sure that SSL encryption is activated from your end in these situations. The use of encryption is easy to recognize: The display in your browser line changes from “http://” to “https://”. SSL encrypted data cannot be read by third parties. Only submit your confidential information when the SSL encryption is activated and contact us in case of any doubt.
5. Using Google Analytics
We use the web analytics service Google Analytics provided by Google Inc on our website. It uses cookies. These are text files that, by storing data on your PC, allow an analysis of your user behavior regarding our website. The cookies generate information that is sent to a Google server. These servers are typically located in the United States, but they follow agreements to use the European Economic Area and shorten your IP address before it is sent to the United States. Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be shortened after transmission to the United States. Google evaluates the information provided and fulfills other services for us as website operator in this context. The IP address that has been determined is not brought together with other Google services. By changing your browser settings, you can prevent the storage of cookies on your computer. However, this may result in display and functional restrictions when using our website. A browser plug in also prevents the collection and use of data generated by the cookies. You can download it from the following link: „https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de“. Learn more about the privacy policy of Google and Google Analytics at: „http:// www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html“ or at „https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/“.
6. Online applications
If you send us an online application, your application documents will be transferred to us in a secure manner, saved on our internal application system and not passed on to third parties. Applications submitted via e-mail are deleted after 5 months of storage time.
